Andrew L. Cairns is the current Vice President of the Sterling Equities affiliate Sterling Development Group and Project Executive for Sterling American Property in the Construction & Development division. Cairns joined Sterling Equities in 1999 and is a 25-year veteran in development and construction. He has been actively involved in managing real estate design and construction activities for Sterling Equities as well as its affiliates. He possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of commercial, residential and historical preservation and restoration projects.

Mr. Cairns also served as Project Co-Executive on the construction of MCU Park (the home of the Brooklyn Cyclones) as well as the development and construction of Citi Field, the New York Mets’ new ballpark. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from New York University.
