William Robert Singer (born April 24, 1944 in Los Angeles, California) is a former baseball pitcher with a 14-year career from 1964 to 1977.

Singer used to be special assistant to General Manager Jim Duquette of the New York Mets. However in 2003 he was fired after racially insensitive remarks made to Dodgers assistant general manager Kim Ng.
