Dawn Richter is the current Accounting Manager for Sterling Equities affiliate Sterling American Property in the Accounting, Tax & Finance division. Richter joined Sterling in 1995 and currently serves as Accounting Manager. Her responsibilities include overseeing the commercial property accounting team. Ms. Richter received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University in 1995.
