On June 13,2012 R.A. Dickey started for the Mets as he threw the second one hitter of his career against the Tampa Bay Rays. However a run came in the 9th inning and David Wright committed an error while trying to make a bare handed play. But that was limited to one run. He even set 2 record as his scoreless streak ended at 32 2/3 innings and struck out 12 batters his own career high. The Mets went on to win the game 9-1.
