Jay Horwitz is the current Vice President, Media Relations for the New York Mets. He joined the Mets in April of 1980. From 1981-1988 he was the Director of Public Relations. He has remained as the main relations guy since he joined. He recently wrote "Mr. Met" with the forward by Jacob deGrom.
