Jim Hill is the current Asset Manager in the Asset Management division for Sterling Equities affiliate Sterling American Property. Hill joined Sterling in 1999. He currently serves as asset manager for a portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties and is responsible for leasing, management and strategic planning. Mr. Hill's extensive background in the design-build arena is utilized by Sterling for management and redevelopment of commercial and residential assets throughout the country.
