Roy David McMillan (July 17, 1929 – November 2, 1997) was a shortstop, coach and manager in Major League Baseball.

Roy played for the New York Mets from 1964-1966. His last game was on August 3. He was coach from 1973-1976. At first base he replaced Sheriff Robinson.
He served as intern manager for the team only in 1975 after Yogi Berra quit from the team. He was replaced by Joe Frazier.
