Sanfrid DeForest Johnson (born October 24, 1940) is an American professional baseball scout and player development executive.
He served as the Special Assistant to the General Manager from 2005-2006 with Al Goldis, Bill Livesey, Tony Bernazard, and Bryan Lambe. He was then promoted to vice president, scouting, on December 6, 2006. He served in that position from 2007-2009. He returned to the Special Assistant to the GM only for 2010, as he replaced Ramon Pena who served from '08-'09 and served with Wayne Krivsky.
