Willie Larry Randolph (born July 6, 1954) is a former Major League Baseball second baseman and manager, most recently the third base coach for the Baltimore Orioles. He became the first African-American Manager in Mets history.

New York Mets[]

Randolph played for the New York Mets only in 1992. His last game was on October 4. He became manger of the team from 2005-2008. He replaced Art Howe. He was later replaced by one of his coaches Jerry Manuel. On June 17 Randolph, Tom Nieto, and Rick Peterson were fired from the team.
